Mr. Arnold is a partner and co-founder of Iron Tree Capital. Scott’s entire 35-year professional career has been in the commercial real estate industry. He has experience with all aspects of the development process across all sectors having advised national and local developers on the full spectrum of their businesses. Scott also has expertise in the hospitality sector having served as an executive of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, prior to that company’s acquisition by Marriott International, where he was responsible for new hotel development outside the US. Formerly Scott was a senior partner in the global law firm of King & Spalding, where he had responsibility for the real estate capital markets group expansion to Germany, the Middle East and California. He also oversaw the firm’s global office arrangements. Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri (B.A., Phi Beta Kappa) and law degree from the University of Michigan (J.D., magna cum laude).

BILL FRYER, Principal
Mr. Fryer is a partner and co-founder of Iron Tree and has responsibility for the firm’s transaction strategy business and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. During his more than 35-year real estate career Bill has played a leading role in the structuring and execution of major real estate transactions (with aggregate transactions value well in excess of $50B) with institutional investors, global financial institutions, private equity firms, investment managers, and operating companies, both public and private. Bill was formerly a senior partner at the global law firm of King & Spalding where he led the firm’s commercial real estate capital markets team. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors of Edens, an institutionally and management owned national shopping center company with a gross market capitalization in excess of $3.5B and with ownership interests in over 130 shopping centers, and he is a member of the Board of Advisors of JAMESTOWN, a leading real estate operator and investment manager. Bill received his undergraduate
degree (B.A. with High Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa) and law degree (J.D., Order of the Coif) both from
the University of Virginia.

Mr. Senkbeil is a partner of Iron Tree with over 40 years experience in the commercial real estate investment and development field. Tom was Chief Investment Officer for Post Properties (NYSE:PPS) for six years and led the Post Investment Group, which handled all development, acquisition and disposition activity. Since leaving Post, working with two local partners --one being Mr. Murphy and the other being Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) -- Tom has acquired a major 30 acre property in Atlanta for redevelopment, he has entitled and resold an infill urban site for a 200 unit property in Atlanta, and is part of the development team for a Class A urban midrise property in Raleigh, N.C.. Prior to entering the multifamily sector, Tom spent 30 years in the industrial and office sectors including founding an investment and development company in 1984, merging with a competitor in 1992 to form Weeks Corporation, taking the company public, and ultimately serving as Chief Investment Officer for both Weeks and the successor, Duke Realty (NYSE:DRE).Tom served as a member of the Board of Directors for Weeks and for Duke Realty and is currently serving on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), based in Scottsdale, AZ.Tom received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University (BIE in Industrial Engineering) and his MBA from the Kenan Flagler School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Carpenter has a diverse real estate background working on behalf of both institutional and private investors and is currently responsible for all financial analysis as well as transaction execution support, development of investor relations, participation in new investment intake, and development of marketing initiatives. Prior to working at Iron Tree, Mr. Carpenter managed a portfolio of non-performing loans and REO properties at Midland Loan Services on behalf of investors in CMBS pools and worked at Berlin Atlantic Capital, a German alternative investment firm, as a Senior Investment Analyst in charge of screening, underwriting, and analyzing all potential real estate investments. He began his career at Prudential Real Estate Investors where he worked as an Investment Analyst and coordinated due diligence and underwrote more than $1.3 billion in total acquisitions as well as several strategic dispositions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA degree from the University of Georgia in 2004 as the highest ranked graduate in both the Finance and Real Estate programs.
